Aside from your rental properties, coaching might be the best investment you ever make.

Other coaches make you hunt around for their prices, or don’t list them at all so they can lure you into a call first. I’ve never liked those tactics, so I publish my prices right here, as clearly as possible, to help you make an informed decision about whether my coaching program is right for you.

My fee structure is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair. It’s also designed to keep our incentives aligned: I make money when you achieve success.

My fees are $2,500 per property for each of the first 3 rental properties you buy after hiring me as your coach, plus a $2,500 deposit, according to the fee schedule laid out in this table:

 

The first fee is due upfront when you start coaching. The subsequent fees are due after you close on each of your first three properties.

That’s it. The initial consultation is no-charge and no-commitment. If you sign the Coaching Agreement and ultimately decide not to invest in real estate, you can cancel the agreement at any time. If you decide to stop after one property, that’s all you pay me for.

My goal is to help people achieve success in rental property investing, and achieve a greater level of freedom and choice in their lives. I only make money when that happens.
